A family company founded in 2009 and specialised in towage and assistance, icebreaking and marine contracting. From its base in Gävle, Tugab assists vessels in port, keeps harbours open through the winter and rents out barges, pontoons and equipment. Its main tug, Grizzly, is an ice-classed vessel built for demanding conditions.

An experienced diving company founded in 2009 and delivering marine works across Sweden from its base in Gothenburg. Dawab carries out construction diving, pipeline and cable works, service and maintenance, and underwater inspections, supported by its own fleet of work barges, jack-up rigs and spud barges and by certified divers with trade certificates in concrete, carpentry and welding.

Founded in 1986, Marin & Haverikonsult provides harbour towage across the Stockholm region, special marine transport, heavy lifts and rental of equipment for waterside works, from site establishment to lifts. The company operates a fleet of workboats and tugs with bollard pull from 250 kg to 45 tonnes, supported by pontoons and barges, from its base at Kvarnholmen in Nacka.
