Sustainability
Responsibility for the water we work in.
Our approach
Working at sea brings a direct responsibility for the marine environment. Our companies work to cut emissions from vessels and equipment, prevent spills and disturbance to marine life, and deliver infrastructure built to last. Safe conditions for crews and divers come first on every assignment.
Sustainability report (coming soon)Diver and worksite safety
Measurable health and safety targets, systematic near-miss reporting and fixed routines for inspecting and replacing safety-critical equipment such as wires, cables and protective gear.
Lower emissions
Measuring and reporting greenhouse gas emissions, setting climate targets and using fossil-free HVO fuel in our vessels where possible.
Sustainable supply chains
Sustainability criteria built into procurement and supplier onboarding, with closer follow-up of higher-risk supplier categories.
Governance
A shared code of conduct, anti-corruption training and an independent, EU-compliant whistleblower channel.
Keeping the city's waters clean
Marin & Haverikonsult helps keep Stockholm's water surfaces clean. Through shore and surface cleaning, the team collects floating debris and litter from the city's waterways and shorelines.
Cleaner water benefits marine life, boat traffic and everyone who enjoys the city by the water.
Whistleblowing
Marinum works for an open business climate with high business ethics. Employees, customers and suppliers can report suspected misconduct anonymously through our whistleblower channel, run by an independent third party.
