Marinum acquires Tugab Construction

Marinum has acquired Tugab Construction AB, the Gävle-based family company specialising in marine contracting.

Tugab provides towage assistance, salvage, pontoon work, cable laying, dredging and marine transport for shipping companies, contractors, ports and industry across Scandinavia.

Tugab continues under its own name and management as one of the founding companies of Marinum, a new Nordic group for ports and maritime infrastructure services.
